1st week of school!!
Haven't been able to go near the computer for a week because school started.
I say, first week of school was.. F U N ! !
My class name changed from 07S7 to 07S2. Its the only thing I'm kinda sad about.
Met new classmates too. Not exactly new because I've known them for the past 2 years thanks to the Geography class and the combined Bio lectures. They're all nice people; really friendly.
Met some new teachers too. Again, not new because I've known the teachers either through band or during class. Out of the new teachers, I think I like Mr. Jaron Pow the most. Ms. Yani would be the second. Mr. Pow teaches super well!! In his class, you gotta put effort to doze off. He catches everyone's attention when he's talking, makes sure everyone understands all the concept, and many more. Same goes for Ms. Yani too. Ms. Yani, she listens to everyone's opinions and comments on the stuff she thinks is good only. She adds the "however" part but doesn't criticize. So its very easy to say out your opinions and stuff.
What else is new.. I guess thats it.
Two of my favourite teachers left our school as well...
Mr. Liau Chee Mun, and Mr. Alvin Saw. My Chemistry and Geography teachers respectively.
Can't believe they left... Mr. Liau got transferred to Pioneer Junior College and Mr. Saw was offered lots of new high pay jobs so he decided to take it I guess (Just found out today from Ms. Huang).
I'm so missing them right now... Both of them equally.
I was the Chemistry Rep last year so I got to know Mr. Liau much better than anyone. The things he does for his students and all, I don't think most of the students know. Plus, his teachings are perfect for our class. Gives lots of examples, there is lots of interaction with the students, and no one is afraid to make mistakes infront of him since he will correct you, nicely.
Well, for Mr. Saw, Shao Wei and I were kinda his favourite students HAHA!! My assumption because he allowed us to do almost everything (Even skipping class for Shao Wei LOL). Mr. Saw also kinda taught me lots more things other than Geog. Things they don't teach at school I should say. How to cope well in University life and all too.
Besides the teachers, some of my classmates also left...
Shao Wei, Gerlaine, Aish, Fifi, Samuel, and Iszaki...
So missing them in school too... At times though since I'm always "distracted" by work and the new canteen food (Which is heavenly compared to GT).
I miss Shao whenever I look at the fish pond and like when I'm slacking off in school after all the lessons for the day. If I still had Geog classes, I would have missed him more since it was the only subject we were so active in class while slacking HAHA.
Gerlaine, I miss her whenever we have our Bio practical or have our Bio lessons in the lab! We used to have fixed seating in the Bio lab. Then the using super big water bottle as the pillow during Bio, the pencil case with lots of things to press, etc...
Aish, I miss her all the time. Even times like when I'm talking to Vaani, when I'm cracking my knuckles, when I need someone to bully besides Vaani, etc.
Fifi, her "Shane!~" HAHA!! And all her wildness XD. Oh and not to forget, the Super Sonic she showed me during the class chalet!!
Samuel, I still see him in school. Very often actually XD. Still sad he's not in the same class as us though...
Nevertheless, it was good seeing familiar faces again. Especially a few people whom I managed to keep in contact during the holidays =). I may not be of great importance in their lives, but they are to me.
Going further back...
I had a class chalet and a band chalet during the last week of holidays. Just gonna talk about it briefly.
Class chalet was super fun because like most of us turned out and stayed over (Or stayed until late night). The card games and the murderer we played was super fun. We all laughed our heads off.
Band chalet was fun too. Not as fun as the class chalet though. I got freaking drunk during the chalet! =D=D. I drank Whiskey CY brought like some crazy drunkard. Could have finished the whole bottle but I didn't want to get wasted and stuff so I decided to stop after drinking like 3/4th of the bottle =P.
Okay, got nothing else to blog about. So signing off.

Anime, Songs
I suddenly miss all the animes I used to watch.
Samurai X, Gensoumaden Saiyuki, Saiyuki Reload, Saiyuki Reload Gunlock, Ranma 1/2, Gatekeepers, Groove Adventure Rave, Vandread, Star Ocean EX, and more.
Why all of a sudden?? I was browsing through lots of old songs just now and most of them were Japanese songs which were the intro or the ending song of an anime series.
I just listened to Lambada Ranma and I was like laughing all the way. Listening to all these songs brings me back clear memories of SAS too. Since Tae Hyung e hyung, Chie, Taka, and I were all anime FREAKS that time HAHA!! Miss them so much right now... =(.
I also found lots of songs which, whenever I listen to them, makes me go emo haha. Want me to list them down??

I've been thinking...
While watching this really sad Korean drama, many things came into mind.
Its about love I always think about. How in dramas or in movies they make it look so easy to get the girl of your dreams when in reality its not...
Thats not the topic though. Its a what if scenario I thought of while watching the drama.
In the drama, there is this guy who is really loved by 2 girls.
I'm not gonna go into details. The guy is dating this one girl, who loved him for 7 years and did almost everything for him. The other girl is pregnant with his baby (Which he didn't want at the time) and refuses to go for an abortion (Good choice!! =D). Both girls really, truly love him so eventually he'll end up hurting one of them.
So when I saw this scene, I literally said out loud (In frustration) "What do you do when you're in that kind of situation?! (The guy's situation)"... I mean if you don't want to hurt either of the girls...
Maybe I'm in this situation too... Or at least was in...
People say love is kind, love is happiness right? Well, its not true to a certain extent (My opinion). All I got in return for loving that special someone(s) was pain (Yes, special someoneS. Because I had lots of special someones =P) and this maybe true to most of the people, I think. I've experienced all kinds of rejections (And am proud to announce). My crush/love thought of me only as friends, gets attached with someone else, likes/loves someone else, simply didn't like me, felt the relationship is not going to work out, not their type, went overseas, was in different schools, thought I'm too kind/too good for her, that I was her number 2 and many more. I've heard everything above at least 2 times. 1 word to describe how I felt: Ouch. And only ouch because I was too used to them. Except for first few times though. First few times it really hurt but after that they were all just "say-ouch-and-move-on"s.
Maybe thats why people call me a pimp or a player because I move on too fast -.-. Loving 1 girl for like 4 - 5 years have taught me to move on fast and don't waste time on someone who considers you a friend and nothing more. So can't blame me for having characteristics of a player...
Amazing what 1 scene in a drama can make me think about. No wonder I get occasional headaches.
I'll still stick to Min Min's advice. "Can look at girls without feeling guilty if your single".
Thanks again Min, for such an awesome advice =P

HAPPY HAPPY 2009!!
James is back!! Internet started working just yesterday XD. Its the only and the best new year's present I have ever got from my dad XD. The past week without internet was seriously hell haha.
Anyways, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! =D=D.
Its a fresh start for everyone. 2008 was an awesome year for me. I got to spend time with almost everyone I know like my family, 07S7, MI band mates, MI friends, 4E2 gang, SAS besties, Tae Hyung e hyung and Sae Hyung, Taka and Chie Miyauchi, and many more!! I am kinda disappointed I didn't get to hang out with Min Min, Mei Hui, Won Il, Yohan, Lee Hui Min (As if she'll hang out with me XD), Jessie Namla and many more...
Later in my life, if I have a chance to go back in time, I'll definately go back to year 2008. Lots of special memories I have. 28/06/2008, 13/11/2008, 18/12/2008, 24/12/2008, 25/12/2008, and many other important days I can't recall. I forgot when we had the last SAS gathering, and the day before Chie left for Japan... The day before Chie left was the day before the SAFRA run.
Hmmm so year 2009. What are my new year's resolutions?? Well not really a resolution but somethings to fix and to do in 2009
Well... I'll just list them out. In no particular order after number 4 I guess
1. Put God and church before myself and any other thing
2. Family comes first over friends
3. Be as nice, kind, friendly, and caring as possible to my family (And make sure my dreams don't come true...)
4. To not get angry (Like even when a disgusting bug enters my room -.-)
5. Conserve water, energy, and money as much as possible
6. Be Mr. Nice-guy in school especially to girls (Yeah, call me a flirt. I don't care anymore =P)
7. Make full use of my time (Like when I get tired of studying, I'll exercise or practice my Clarinet instead of playing games)
8. Study smart and hard for A levels
9. Play games only on weekends
10. Treat others as how I would want them to treat me
11. Don't procrastinate
12. Try not to slouch
13. Try to make people laugh
14. Make more friends
15. Become a far better Clarinetist than I was last year
16. Try to master keyboard and guitar
17. Work out more intensly
18. Swear less (This one WAS "Don't swear". BUT I seriously can't talk without including some vulgarities at times. It sounds so weird without the word "fuck" being in my phrases sometimes -.-)
19. Change my favourite phrase to something else (It was "See ya when I see ya" before. Then it became "KNNBCCB" since it fits into all the nursery rhymes XD.)
20. Learn some Chinese and if possible, some Malay as well
21. Learn Japanese by playing KOF and watching Anime
So ya. I have more but they're kinda personal. One of them, I thought about it after talking to So Young and Hilmi in school after the band concert. The one about getting into relationships. And what Min Min said before long time ago kinda supports this too XD. "You can look at girls without feeling guilty if you're single" HAHA!! Best quote ever, thanks Min!! I'll go and include it in my Facebook profile. So this one would be something like - try to stay single (?). Or it can also be - be a player (!) haha =P.
Erm yeah. Thats all. If you people want to call the list above, my "new year's resolutions" you can. But it sounds more like my to do/to fix/want list to me XD. Oh well. Happy new year! =D
